QUALIFICATIONS

1. One year lease – we will not renew if home is not kept clean and damage-free, including yard maintenance.

2. The security deposit is the same amount as the rent of the home. We allow a payment plan, as long as half deposit is paid at lease sigining.

3. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. WE REQUIRE PROOF OF THIS INCOME PRIOR TO APPROVAL.

4. We do accept pets, but we do NOT accept pit bulls. There is an extra $400 non-refundable pet deposit PER PET. We allow a payment plan, as long as half fee is paid at lease sigining.

5. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. We do yard inspections on a regular basis.

6. Once someone turns in a paid application, we prefer renter be able to sign lease and pay move-in costs within 1-2 weeks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE APPLICATIONS BEFORE POTENTIAL RENTER SEES THE HOME. ANY SITE ASKING FOR PAYMENT BEFORE VIEWING THE HOME IN PERSON IS NOT US!
